Komusa wishes all of you a happy and joyous Christmas Holiday. For your scheduling purposes, please be aware that the Komusa facilities will be closed from Friday December 24th, through Monday December 27th. All the order will be processed on Tuesday Decembr 28th.

Can you ship to a different address beside my billing? Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require an authorization. The procedure is done strictly to protect consumers, as well as ourselves as a merchant. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope you understand our position, and thank you for your cooperation! Here are the authorization procedures that we accept:

Option #1: Contact your credit card company to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping address on their records. Please send an e-mail to info@komusa.com, when address is successfully added.

Option #2: Send a Fax Authorization containing the following items: 1. Copy of the front and back of credit card. 2. Copy of a picture ID 3. A statement reading "I authorize Komusa to ship my order to the following (shipping) address, followed by the billing address. 4. A handwritten signature And fax to: 562-229-1558

How long will it take before it ships? We do request one to two business day for all items that are in stock. It is possible that your order may ship the same day, if it is received before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, however it is not a guarantee. Komusa will do it's very best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing address or credit card information. We will also email you if there is a delay on the shipment.

Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends, off office hours, or observed holidays.

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the present time. We do require an US billing and shipping address.

Do you ship to oversea military address? We do ship to oversea military address by USPS or Priority Mail. However, for the items that are listed for Ground shipping only, we are not able to ship by USPS or Priority Mail due to the size and weight.

Rush Processing Option Selecting this option means: KOMUSA.COM will put forth our best effort to ship this order on the same day, OR YOUR RUSH ORDER PROCESSING FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.

Komusa.com will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:

- Order is submitted before 12 noon PST.
- Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 12:30PM PST.
- Your shipping address matches your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship to address.)

Rush Processing will only speed up processing time. It does not upgrade your shipping method.

If your order was placed on weekends or holidays with Rush Processing, we will ship your order out on the following working day.

What carriers do you use? We currently use UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our shipping carriers. You can always tracking the package status at www.fedex.com/us, www.ups.com and www.usps.com.

How do I find out the shipping rate? After you select the shipping method and hit continue, the shipping rate will be listed on the left side of the screen. Most of our products are promoted with free shipping, all you need to do is to enter the coupon code (which is listed on the product's description) during check out.

Lost / Damage packages? All claims for shipment shortage and errors must be reported within 24 hours to Komusa Technology at 526-282-0137 or info@komusa.com from which the order received. Otherwise, Komusa Technology is not responsible for such claim. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error.

Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver. However, you may call 562-282-0137 customer service to help facilitate your claim.

Claims for lost shipments should be reported to Komusa Technology. We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. Sometimes, as in the case of UPS / FedEx, we can trace the shipment the same day. Shipments by other carriers may take two to seven working days to track. In any event, we are committed to working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.

How come my package was shipped by USPS when I selected Ground? We randomly ship between USPS First Class Mail and UPS / FedEx Ground in order to have the shipment get to the destination faster. In general we ship First Class Mail only for all free shipping special. For some heavier items we ship USPS Priority Mail which usually take 2-3 business days. All shipping methods are insured.

The shipping fee seems higher when I order more than one item, why? We are selling most of our products at, or below cost. That's why we added $1.00 ($3.00 for Next Day shipping) additional shipping for an extra unit to cover the the processing fee.

How long does it take for delivery via USPS First Class Mail or UPS / FedEx Ground Shipping? Since we are located in the west coast, it usually takes 2-7 business days for First Class Mail or 1-5 business days for UPS / FedEx Ground. However, there maybe some delays on the First Class Maill shipping which we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time. We also have 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day service at a small fee.

How do I get free shipping as advertised? Most items listed on Komusa.com offer free shipping special. The free shipping coupon code is listed in blue print on the product description page. Enter the coupon code when you check out, the shipping fee will be deducted and shown on the order confirmation page.

Will I get a tracking number for my package? Yes. We will email you the tracking number for all packages after they are being shipped. For USPS packages we will email you the confirmation number, it only show when the package was dropped off/label printed and when its actually delivered, it does not show real time status.

Unclaimed or refuse package All unclaimed or refuse package will be charge 20% restocking fee.

Please note that we do charge $10.00 shipping and handling fee if the package was returned to us due to wrong address input by customers. Thank you.
